Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German, based in Spain with remote/hybrid work options. The role focuses on health technology assessment and market access for Germany, requiring biostatistics or data science expertise and strong SAS/SDTM/ADaM capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
• Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access.
• Strong understanding of clinical study designs and statistics.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and industry standards (CDISC SDTM/ADaM).
• Knowledge of German AMNOG process or IQWiG/G-BA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop German AMNOG dossiers with SAS analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints and subgroups.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect comparisons and interpret results.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for consistency.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs and EU-HTA teams.
• Ensure scientific quality, clarity and reproducibility of outputs.
• Monitor IQWiG, GBA methodologies and HTA guidance.
