Job summary

IQVIA in Spain is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment (AMNOG) and market access activities. The role suits biostatisticians or data scientists with strong programming and analytical skills.

You will develop German AMNOG dossiers, perform meta-analyses, automate analyses, and collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs and EU-HTA teams. Fluent German and English are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research institute) and/or in clinical development
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles
• Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC SDTM/ADaM
• Familiarity with the German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G‑BA procedures is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Develop German AMNOG dossiers; program statistical analyses for Module 4
• Analyze clinical trial data: efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups
• Conduct meta-analyses and indirect comparisons; interpret outputs
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for consistency
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA teams
• Ensure quality, clarity, and consistency of results
• Follow IQWiG, G‑BA methods and HTA developments
