Job summary

IQVIA seeks an HTA Programmer (Analyst/Consultant) to support German AMNOG dossiers with a strong emphasis on SAS and R programming. The role targets biostatisticians or data scientists applying clinical evidence to reimbursement decisions.

The position involves statistical programming, cross functional collaboration, and staying updated on IQWiG/G‑BA methodologies. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access preferred.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM datasets.
• Knowledge of German AMNOG process, IQWiG, or G‑BA procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop German AMNOG dossiers with emphasis on programming analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data focusing on efficacy, safety, endpoints and subgroup analyses.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
