Job summary

IQVIA seeks an experienced HTA/AMNOG programmer (SAS & R) to support German health technology assessment and market access activities. The role emphasizes statistical programming for Module 4 analyses and collaboration with EU-HTA teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or PhD in biostatistics or data science, with 2+ years in SAS programming, CDISC SDTM/ADaM, and HTA-related work. German and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research).
• Familiarity with clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Knowledge of German AMNOG process, IQWiG, or G‑BA procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers with emphasis on statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints and subgroups.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA).
• Ensure quality and clarity of generated outcomes; monitor methodological developments.
