Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid, Spain is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment (AMNOG) and market access activities. The role focuses on statistical programming for Module 4 and data analysis for German dossiers.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s or PhD in biostatistics or data science, 2+ years in SAS and R, and experience with CDISC SDTM/ADaM datasets, HTA/HEOR, and cross‑functional collaboration across Market Access teams.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access or in clinical development.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards.

Responsibilities

Contribute to development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming of statistical analyses for Module 4.
Perform scientific assessment and analysis of clinical trial data, including efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons and support interpretation of outputs.
Contribute to automation and standardization of analysis workflows for efficiency, consistency, and reproducibility.
Collaborate with cross functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of generated outcomes.
Monitor and interpret methodological developments from IQWiG, G BA, and relevant HTA bodies.
