Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a highly motivated HTA Programmer to support health technology assessment activities in Germany with a focus on statistical programming. The role targets biostatisticians or data scientists with strong data-driven reimbursement experience and a proven ability to automate analyses.

The position involves developing AMNOG dossiers, analysing trial data, and collaborating with Market Access and HEOR teams in a remote/hybrid, Spain-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research institute preferred).
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and industry standards (CDISC SDTM/ADaM).
• Familiarity with the German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G‑BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Analyse clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, and patient-relevant endpoints.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
• Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
• Monitor methodological developments from HTA bodies.
