Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support HTA and market access activities in Germany. The role focuses on statistical programming for health technology assessments and is ideal for biostatisticians or data scientists with strong analytics.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Initial HTA/AMNOG/HEOR or Market Access experience (industry, consultancy, or research institute preferred).
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and industry standards (CDISC SDTM/ADaM).
• Familiarity with the German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G‑BA procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop statistical analyses for German AMNOG dossiers, especially Module 4 programming.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
