Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German for a Spain-based role (remote/hybrid) to support health technology assessment and market access activities in Germany. The candidate will perform statistical programming and contribute to AMNOG dossiers, with collaboration across Market Access, HEOR and EU-HTA teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in biostatistics or data science, experience with CDISC SDTM/ADaM, and fluent German and English.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access preferred.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
Familiarity with German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G‑BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Contribute to development of German AMNOG dossiers with statistical analyses in Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, and endpoints, including subgroup analyses.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outputs.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G‑BA and relevant HTA bodies.
