Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. seeks a Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability Roadmap Execution Lead to turn the global action plan into measurable outcomes.

You will coordinate across stakeholders, track progress, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. Reporting to the Global Head of Sustainability & HSE - Grid Integration, you will develop dashboards, manage governance, and drive execution excellence across a global portfolio of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HSE Sustainability, Business Administration, Engineering, or related).
• 3+ years of program management, PMO, business operations, strategy execution, or transformation experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects within a global and matrix organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive execution through influence and collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and performance tracking.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and collaboration tools.
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of the global HSE & Sustainability strategy and roadmap.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured actions, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain oversight of the HSE & Sustainability portfolio and ensure clear ownership of initiatives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively drive mitigation actions.
• Develop tools, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports to measure and track performance.
• Support review sessions and facilitate effective decision-making.
• Coordinate with initiative leaders and stakeholders to ensure delivery against commitments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking of strategic programs.
• Prepare business cases and support funding requests for key initiatives.
• Foster collaboration across functions to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
