Une entreprise internationale recherche un Country HSE&S Manager pour diriger toutes les initiatives de santé, de sécurité, d'environnement et de sécurité en Espagne. Dans ce rôle clé, vous serez responsable de l'amélioration continue des normes HSE dans nos sites, tout en collaborant avec les équipes de gestion et en assurant la conformité aux réglementations locales. The Job In this role as Country HSE&S Manager, you will play a meaningful role in shaping our future focus on Health, Safety, Environment & Security in Spain. The HSE&S Manager will be BMI Spain main contact person for all HSE&S topics and you will be part of the Spain Leadership team. Focus in the main responsibilities will be HSE&S for the Supply Chain (85%) and Commercial (15%). You will report to the Head of HSE&S and you are part of the global HSE&S organisation having close cooperation with the Commercial and Manufacturing Managing Directors of your country.
Main Responsibilities Make regular visits to our 8 workplaces spread across Spain to ensure that the legal requirements and BMI Group's plan related to HSE are complied within these workplaces. Develop and facilitate the network of site HSE&S practitioners Delivering support to the organisation to ensure HSE&S regulatory compliance is maintained by monitoring the requirements of all interested parties (e.g. governmental agencies, local authorities, insurance Companies, Group, etc.) and by assisting with the development and management of regulatory compliance programs for HSE&S related topics Partner with business and functional leaders to establish / enhance crisis management response, including incident investigation to ensure thorough root-cause analysis and comprehensive corrective action Report serious incidents to the relevant functional heads and liaise with local authorities for investigation and inspections when required Carrying out regular inspections and audits Organise the HSE&S risk and impact analysis and ensure local action plans are implemented Develop and maintain the HSE&S Management System Ensure a policy of continuous improvement is applied to HSE&S Define, implement and monitor a yearly HSE&S action plan at each site. Deliver HSSE training to managers and employees Collect, analyse and track performance KPIs for continuous improvement and Group reporting Actively participates in the HSE&S network, taking part in monthly meetings , benchmarking, and expertise sharing Cascade Group initiatives and programmes to all sites ensuring materials are suitable and available for use

Your Experience University degree, or similar, in HSE is favourable / NEBOSH or equivalent General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role (depends on education) Expert knowledge of environmental and safety regulations. Experience should preferably come from manufacturing or logistics Experience of implementing ISO 14001 and 45001 is preferred Strong computer skills : Google Suite
