A leading company in the energy sector is seeking a passionate HSE professional to join its team in Spain. The role involves promoting a safety culture, ensuring compliance, and leading initiatives to enhance health, safety, and environmental measures across projects. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention and significant experience in HSE roles. We are looking for a passionate and proactive HSE professional to join our team in Spain. This is more than a technical role — it’s a leadership opportunity for someone who can inspire, motivate, and challenge others to embrace change and continuously improve.
You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, working closely with project managers, site managers, and global HSE leaders. Your mission will be to embed a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization, ensuring compliance, driving innovation, and leading by example.

How you’ll make an impact
Lead and promote a proactive safety culture across all projects and teams.
Coordinate and implement HSE plans, audits, and legal compliance reviews.
Active involvement in construction projects, ensuring the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental measures, particularly in complex or high-risk scenarios such as the expansion of operational facilities.
Deliver training and coaching to supervisors and project teams.
Drive incident investigations and lead root cause analysis.
Monitor and report safety performance, KPIs, and lessons learned.
Support contractor qualification and safety documentation processes.
Participate in design reviews and promote Safety by Design principles.
Lead national HSE initiatives, including Safety Day and committee meetings.
Your background
Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL).
Proven experience in HSE roles within industrial or construction environments.
Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local HSE regulations.
Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish. Any other languages are a plus.
