Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment.

DEPARTMENT: HSEQ

Control the compliance of the preventive and protective measures set in the Company’s health and safety plan. Check whether these are effective during the manufacturing process. Carry out the organization and control of environmental topics such as waste, emissions, chemical products, natural resources consumption, and participate in HSE improvement projects.

YOUR TASKS:

1. Develop management systems and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
2. Plan preventive actions and monitor their implementation.
3. Create procedures and verify HSE points during implementations.
4. Detect risks and plan preventive measures for machinery, tools, or instruments.
5. Control and define environmental KPIs and training actions.
6. Promote actions to reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint in the CT area.
7. Ensure achievement of HSE department objectives and implement corrective measures as needed.

YOUR PROFILE:

1. Higher Education Certificate in Health & Safety.
2. Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
3. 2-4 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment.
4. Knowledge of quality processes related to precast concrete infrastructures.
5. Understanding of country HSE laws.
6. Proficiency in German and English (minimum B2).
7. Availability to travel.
