A leading renewable energy company in Pamplona is seeking an HSE Manager responsible for developing management systems and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Candidates must have a Master’s in occupational health and safety, alongside experience in precast concrete or construction, and proficiency in English. This role offers a chance to contribute to sustainable practices.

Formación

• Experience in precast concrete or construction buildings.

• Knowledge of quality processes in relation to precast concrete infrastructures.

Descripción del empleo

Your Tasks

• Develop the management system and and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Elaborate the planning of preventive action and carry out a follow-up.
• Creation of procedures and check the HSE points in the implementations.
• Detect risks on machinery tools or instruments.
• HSE department coordination.
• Control and define environmental KPI´S
• Promote and/or coordinate the necessary training actions.
• Evaluate risks and plan preventive tasks.
• Verify compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop the guidelines defined by management.
• Integrate into activities or committees of other departments with HSE vision.
• Lead improvement committees on HSE issues.
• Promote contracting of services or equipment that improve Safety and environmental activities.
• Establish the best strategy so safety in the manufacture of concrete structures could be guaranteed, in accordance with existing regulations.

Your Profile

• Engineering desiderable. Laws also OK.
• Master’s in occupational health and safety.
• Experience in precast concrete or construction buildings.
• Work experience in Health, Safety and Environment.
• English is a must.
• Knowledge of quality processes in relation to precast concrete infrastructures.
• Knowledge in the application of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards and country HSE law.
• Leadership, proactive profile, communication skills and teamwork.
