Formación

MISSION:

Control the compliance of the preventive and protective measures set in the Company’s health and safety plan. Check whether these are effective during the manufacturing process. Organize and control environmental topics such as waste, emissions, chemical products, and natural resource consumption. Participate in HSE improvement projects.

Your Tasks

1. Develop management systems and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
2. Plan preventive actions and follow up on their implementation.
3. Create procedures and monitor HSE points during implementations.
4. Detect risks associated with machinery, tools, or instruments.
5. Coordinate with the HSE department.
6. Control and define environmental KPIs.
7. Promote actions to reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint in the CT area.
8. Ensure achievement of HSE department objectives and implement corrective measures as needed.
9. Promote and coordinate necessary training actions.
10. Evaluate risks and plan preventive tasks.
11. Verify compliance with safety regulations.

Your Profile

• Experience with precast concrete and manufacturing processes.
• Work experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
• Knowledge of quality processes related to precast concrete infrastructures.
• Postgraduate degree or certification in health and safety coordination.
• Master’s degree in occupational risk prevention.
• Advanced proficiency in security-specific software.
• Knowledge and application of quality control systems, standards, and specifications.
• Knowledge of country HSE law.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Leadership qualities.
• Proactive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to resolve technical issues.
• English proficiency, minimum B2 certificate.
