For an international project in Europe, we are urgently looking for a remote HRSD ServiceNow Developer / Architect.

Candidates need to have:

1. At least 4 years of relevant experience as a Solution Architect on ServiceNow, with a minimum of 2 HRDS projects (HR Workflow / Case Management / Employee Workflow).
2. Fluency in English.
3. EU candidates are welcome to apply and must be based in Europe.
4. Work permit is not provided. This is a long-term position.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Design and implement HR services, case management, and workflows tailored to business needs.
• Configure and customize the appointment booking feature for HR users and managers.
• Develop and enhance record producers to streamline HR case creation and employee self-service.
• Plan and implement integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external HR systems, leveraging Integration Hub and APIs.

Profile :

• Extensive experience as Solution Architect on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in at least 3 ServiceNow engagements, with at least 2 in the HR domain.
• Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Architect frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Knowledge of Project Management frameworks, including PM2 and/or SAFe.
• 5+ years of experience working as a ServiceNow Developer or Tech Lead.
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow application design and business process analysis.
• Proficiency in Angular (latest versions), Bootstrap, and Typescript.
• Experience with Web security, authentication, and authorization protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Experience in responsive and adaptive design.
• Certification as Application Developer / Integration Hub / Certified System Administrator on ServiceNow is an advantage.
