For an international project in Europe, we are urgently looking for a remote HRSD ServiceNow Developer / Architect. Candidates need to have 4 years of relevant experience as a Solution Architect on ServiceNow with at least 2 HRSD projects (HR Workflow / Case Management / Employee Workflow).

EU candidates are welcome to apply and need to be based in Europe. Work permit is not provided. This position is long-term. Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Design and implement HR services, case management, and workflows tailored to business needs.
• Configure and customize the appointment booking feature for HR users and managers.
• Develop and enhance record producers to streamline HR case creation and employee self-service.
• Plan and implement integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external HR systems, leveraging Integration Hub and APIs.

Profile :

• Extensive experience as Solution Architect on ServiceNow platform.
• 4+ years of relevant experience as Solution Architect on ServiceNow.
• Worked in at least 3 ServiceNow engagements, with a minimum of 2 related to HR activities (HR Workflow / Case Management / Employee Workflow).
• Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Architect frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Excellent knowledge of Project Management frameworks, including PM2 and/or SAFe.
• 5+ years of experience working as ServiceNow Developer or Tech Lead.
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow application design.
• Good knowledge of business process analysis.
• Proficiency in Angular (latest versions, build and automation tools), Bootstrap, and Typescript.
• Good knowledge in client-side development of complex applications involving multi-module, Web Components.
• Experience in Web security, authentication, and authorization protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Application Developer / Integration Hub / Certified System Administrator ServiceNow certifications are an advantage.
