Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will drive the partnership strategy set by the HR & Payroll Practice, including contracting, procurement, stakeholder engagement, and market trend analysis. The Partner Solution Architect will also recommend enhancements to the business roadmap through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify market opportunities and industry trends.
• Raise awareness of the partner ecosystem among stakeholders.
• Create high satisfaction through quality insights.
• Lead contractual negotiations and execute partner agreements.
• Report on initiative progress and align with the HRP Practice vision.
• Define and implement communication strategies about partnerships.
• Collaborate across business units for integrated service delivery.
• Identify potential roadblocks and suggest solutions.

• Knowledge of partnership models (whitelabeling, reselling, referral).
• Strong English skills; additional languages are a plus.
