Formación

We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Engineer with strong technical expertise and experience working in complex, global IT environments. You will join an international team leading the implementation and integration of SAP SuccessFactors across multiple countries, acting as the technical point of contact for a specific region. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient technical execution aligned with strategic goals. What you will do

  • Take the technical lead for SAP SuccessFactors integration within the organization, acting as the key expert in technical decisions and solution execution.
  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems, ensuring efficient and scalable connectivity.
  • Leverage middleware tools such as SAP Integration Suite, CPI, or other ETL technologies to guarantee smooth and reliable data flow.
  • Collaborate with HR functional teams to understand key processes and translate them into effective technical system configurations.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy, and regulatory requirements across all integration activities.
  • Provide post-implementation support and leadership, resolving issues, optimizing integrations, and supporting global SAP SuccessFactors operations.

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including implementation of modules like Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Reporting & Analytics. LMS and additional modules to be deployed after the 2025 GoLive.
  • Strong technical background in integrations, with expertise in APIs, OData, and middleware such as SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Experience in complex, global IT environments, working with distributed architectures and international teams.
  • Analytical and collaborative mindset, skilled in problem-solving and familiar with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French, Portuguese, Romanian, or Turkish is a plus.
