Mission
We are seeking an HRIS & Data Manager to join our dynamic and transformative People team in Madrid. The HRIS and Data Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing HRIS systems and collaborating with IT and People Controlling teams to improve HRIS functionalities. This role is critical in leveraging data to drive actionable insights and shape innovative strategies. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, curious, and skilled at uncovering solutions that guide creative and strategic decision-making.
