Suntory Holdings Limited is seeking a strategic People & Culture Business Partner to support the Commercial Function in Iberia. You will align people strategies with business objectives, lead transformation initiatives and enable long-term growth across ~500 employees in the region.
This role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder influence, and fluency in English and Spanish, in a fast-paced FMCG environment. The position offers high visibility and collaboration across leadership teams.

AsPeople & Culture Business Partner for the Commercial Function, you'll be the key People leader supporting one of the most strategically important areas of the Iberia business.
Partnering closely with Commercial Leadership, you'll shape and implement the people strategy that supports business objectives, organisational effectiveness and long-term growth.
A key priority for this role will be supporting the implementation and consolidation of our new Commercial Model over the next 18 months, ensuring our leaders and teams are equipped with the capabilities, mindset and engagement needed to succeed.
This is a highly visible role that offers the opportunity to influence business decisions, lead transformation initiatives and directly impact the experience of approximately 500 employees across Iberia.
Significant experience in HR Business Partnering within complex organisations
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to commercial outcomes
Proven experience leading change management and transformation initiatives
Deep expertise in employee relations and complex people matters
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making
Experience partnering with senior leaders and leadership teams
Fluency in English and Spanish
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience within FMCG, Beverage or Consumer Goods industries
Exposure to large-scale organisational transformation programmes
Knowledge of Iberian employment legislation and labour relations
Advanced HR qualifications or certifications
Experience working in regional or international matrix organisations
