The successful candidate will ensure that the GPT people strategy aligns with the strategic goals and supports the high-performance culture of ADP by developing and implementing programs to attract, reward, and retain top talent. Your focus will be on engagement, development, organizational effectiveness, and making HR easy.
- Proactively partner with the business and recommend HR strategic solutions to improve critical business outcomes.
- Collaborate with the business and the broader HR organization to ensure a unified approach.
- Ensure a high level of organizational effectiveness through ongoing strength-based associate development, organizational design, analysis, change management, talent assessments, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Manage and evaluate current HR processes and programs to ensure maximum service delivery. Main responsibilities include :
- Provide guidance to GPT leaders and develop strategies / recommendations to improve associate engagement, retention, and support career development.
- Lead and / or support business transformation activities, including planning, change management, communication, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
- Contribute to and implement established HR strategy.
- Facilitate the annual HR cycle related to performance and compensation.
- Work closely with HR Partners in Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, Learning, and local HR teams.
- Collect, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics and drive initiatives to improve results as required.

- Strategic partnering abilities, contributing to business planning and objectives.

- University degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.
- Coaching qualification or experience is desirable.
- Extended experience as an HR practitioner in a multinational organization, working across different countries and cultures.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, consulting, and presentation skills, with effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to manage effectively in a matrix organization.
- Research, creativity, and analytical skills related to program and process design / development.
- Fluent in English and French.
