What you will be doing:

We are the 100% digital bank of the Santander Group, undergoing technological transformation and international expansion. Since 2017, we have been expanding, especially in technology, using agile methodologies to enhance customer experience. We launched in the Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, and Argentina, with more countries in the pipeline. Mission and responsibilities:

At Openbank, our people are our core. The HR team works to attract, develop, and retain our team members. As an HR Business Partner, your role is to translate business plans into HR strategies and operational plans, enabling the business to meet its objectives. You will provide consultation on organizational design, change management, recruitment, performance management, employee development, succession planning, employee relations, training, and policy interpretation. You will ensure alignment between business units and corporate practices.

Your main tasks include:

  • Serving as the primary HR business partner to managers and team members.
  • Partnering with managers to optimize organizational design and manage staffing and performance processes.
  • Managing annual HR activities such as performance reviews, talent development, compensation campaigns, engagement surveys, and follow-up actions.
  • Analyzing HR data to identify trends and make recommendations.
  • Supporting cross-functional projects with other HR teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of HR experience as a HRBP.
  • Effective communication skills with managers at various levels.
  • Experience working with business lines and HR disciplines to deliver solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of company goals.
  • Proficiency with technology; experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Proactive, credible, and able to navigate complex organizations.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects.
