Position Overview

We are looking for a Field Manager for the DACH region to oversee and manage the Field services in Germany and Switzerland on a full-time permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities

1. Organisation and planning of consumer tests
2. Carrying out and supervising consumer tests
3. Product preparation according to standardised specifications
4. Planning the deployment of external assistants
5. Recruiting and training new assistants
6. Supervision of temporary staff
7. Recruitment of test subjects from our database
8. Data entry and checking
9. Reception
10. Administration and expansion of the consumer database
11. Product procurement
12. Checking material stocks
13. Checking the hygiene status of the premises
14. Confident handling of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel.
15. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
