Join Rituals Cosmetics as an HR Business Partner and contribute to optimizing HR strategies across 100 stores in Spain. Ideal candidates will have robust HR experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel nationally.

Formación

  • At least 6 years of experience in HR advisory roles, preferably in retail.
  • High English proficiency for an international environment.

As an HRBP at Rituals, you will contribute to developing and optimizing the HR strategy across our 100 stores in Spain, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent results in personnel management, HR procedures, talent development, and fostering a positive business culture.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide measurable input to define HR strategies that support managers in optimizing results and resource allocation.
  • Enhance the quality and value of existing HR methods.
  • Identify problems, analyze complex HR issues, and modify working methods accordingly.
  • Assess business needs of Retail/WHS operations to achieve targets and create a workplace of choice.
  • Provide legal advice and manage legal actions.
  • Act as an interface between Services and Operations: transfer guidelines into the business.
  • Advise on and handle employee lifecycle touchpoints (recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, retention, values, health & safety, performance management, learning & development).
  • Create training sessions and support meetings on HR topics.
  • Develop formats for employee participation in cooperation with the business.
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree or specialized studies in HR.
  • Have at least 6 years of experience in HR advisory roles, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Be available to travel nationally (50% of the month).
  • Maintain a high level of English proficiency to work effectively in an international environment.
  • Demonstrate a service mentality to support various teams.
  • Show proactivity and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication abilities.
