Job summary

Stryker is seeking an ambitious intern to join the Southern Europe HR team and contribute to people, transformation and organizational projects. You will support strategic initiatives with a focus on data, analytics and process improvement across Southern Europe.

This internship is designed for students who want to understand how people, business and transformation intersect, with exposure to HR strategy, PMO disciplines, and regional/global projects.

Who we are looking for

You may currently be studying:

• Sociology, law, business adminsitration, economics, political scince, data & business analytics, engineering.
• Or any degree that combines analytical thinking with a strong interest in organizations, people and business challenges.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme.
• Eligible to complete an internship agreement with a Spanish university.
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English (C1 level or equivalent).
• Interest in data analysis, technology and business transformation.

Spain Pay Ranges:
