HR Trainee (Graduate Program)

As an HR Graduate or Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop in this role. You will gain a solid understanding of various processes and support stakeholders at Coty. The role involves attracting, retaining, and developing future talents, developing lean systems and processes, and embedding Coty's values.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the Commercial Internship Program
• Establish relationships with universities, including signing agreements and participating in career fairs
• Manage the recruitment process for interns, including interviewing candidates
• Oversee onboarding for new interns and organize onboarding days for new employees; prepare welcome and onboarding materials
• Develop career path opportunities for interns and maintain contact with supervisors to evaluate performance and areas for improvement
• Manage internship agreement documents, including creation and execution in coordination with universities and business schools
• Lead the annual training plan for the Commercial team
• Coordinate with external providers and internal trainers for training sessions
• Monitor and analyze training courses included in the plan
• Administer the Coty Academy platform to manage training activities
• Manage training subsidies through FUNDAE
• Identify opportunities for improvement
