3PBiovian is seeking a Human Resources Technician on a temporary basis to support talent acquisition, organizational management and HR administration in a dynamic, international environment. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, maintaining org charts, supporting international staff, HR data quality, and HR projects while ensuring accurate employee records and smooth processes.

Human Resources Technician (Temporary)We are looking for a Human Resources Technician with a strong generalist profile to support talent acquisition, organizational management, and HR administration processes in a dynamic and international environment.

Main Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, candidate interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
• Organizational Management: Develop, maintain, and update organizational charts, organizational structures, and job descriptions.
• International People Management: Support the management of employees across international locations, ensuring the accuracy and quality of HR data within HR systems.
• HR Administration: Manage employee documentation, maintain HR databases, prepare reports, and provide support for administrative HR processes.
• Generalist HR Support: Participate in HR projects and initiatives related to organizational development, talent management, internal communication, and employee experience.

Assessment Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or generalist Human Resources roles.
• Previous experience in international environments will be considered an asset.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1).

Nice to Have

• Experience with ATS platforms and/or HR management systems.
• Experience in HR reporting and people analytics.
• Participation in process improvement and organizational development projects.
