MEDSIR, a Barcelona-based clinical trials company, is seeking a Clinical Data Architecture Trainee to support data quality, integration, and reporting across projects.

You will help develop dashboards, automate workflows with Power Automate, and assist in AI agent deployment while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Fluent English and interest in AI, data analytics, and digital transformation are valued.

Formación

• Interest in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Automation and Digital Transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform or AI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support data quality, data integration and reporting initiatives across corporate systems.
• Assist in the development of dashboards, reports and business intelligence solutions.
• Participate in process analysis and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Build and maintain workflows using Power Automate and other automation tools.
• Support the design, testing and deployment of AI agents and Copilot solutions.
• Collaborate with business and operational teams to improve efficiency through data and technology.
• Document processes, data structures and automation solutions.
• Contribute to digital transformation, innovation and continuous improvement projects.

As a CLINICAL DATA ARCHITECTURE TRAINEE you will provide technical, logistics and administrative support to the different projects assigned.

• Support data quality, data integration and reporting initiatives across corporate systems.
