Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en un puesto similar.
• Grado en Relaciones Laborales, Administración de Empresas, Derecho o Psicología.

To strengthen our team in León, we are looking for you as a HR Technician.

Your Responsibilities

• Support and advise area managers and employees on labor relations matters.
• Resolve labor issues through the application of the corresponding collective bargaining agreement and other general legislation (Spanish, European...).
• Support in the study of labor cases, drafting the corresponding HR / RLL documentation (e.g. response to requests, labor changes, agreements...).
• Support to the HR Management in the dialogue and communications with the Works Councils. Support in the elaboration and design of company policies, regulations and individual and collective agreements.
• Design, drafting and sending of general communications, promoting and promoting their dissemination to all levels of the factory.
• Promotion of the employer brand, following WACKER Group guidelines.
• Support in relations with educational centers, job fairs, etc.
• Performance evaluation and talent development.
• Support in administrative tasks to the rest of the areas of the HR Department: development, training and documentation filing, etc.

Your Profile

• Degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, Psychology or similar.
• Experience in a similar position of at least 3 years.
• English is an asset.
• Social and communication skills.
• Creativity, flexibility, resilience.
• Ability to work in a team, and proactivity.
• High organizational skills.
