Role Overview

The HR & Talent Management (TM) Specialist plays a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, managing daily HR and TM functions, and supporting local and regional projects.

This position acts as a consultant to management on HR-related issues, providing guidance to implement policies effectively, prioritize organizational and people needs, and deliver best practices and commercial HR solutions.

The role reports to the HR Director and works alongside a team including a Recruitment Manager and an HR Administrative.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Serve as a trusted advisor to management, offering HR expertise on strategic and operational matters.
  2. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  3. Support organizational change initiatives and promote continuous improvement.
  4. Participate in key HR processes such as performance reviews and promotions.
  5. Collaborate with regional HR teams and other functions to develop and implement HR policies.
  6. Manage the international mobility program for Madrid, ensuring smooth transitions for relocating employees.
  7. Coordinate training and development programs with internal and external providers.
  8. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives with the ID&E Committee.
  9. Lead HR aspects of employee engagement activities and social events.
  10. Occasionally support recruitment activities, including job fairs and firm events.
Qualifications
  • At least 4-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within professional services.
  • University degree or diploma required.
  • Residency in Madrid, Spain, and valid work permit.
  • Strong client service orientation and delivery focus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
  • Flexible, strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR priorities.
  • Analytical skills, outgoing personality, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Motivation and resilience skills.
  • International experience is a plus.
Additional Requirements
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
