Job Overview

RIG (Recruitment International Group) is working with a client based in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) and Europe. They are opening a new beach club with 2 restaurants in Marbella, featuring some of the best beach club facilities and fine dining options. The client is seeking an HR / Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong background in hospitality (restaurants/hotels), specifically in recruitment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels.
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs.
  • Manage and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Compensation

Salary: €4,000 - €5,000 per month + 15% bonus.
