We are looking for a Human Resources Support to contribute to a specific project at Dematic in generalist HR tasks.

This is a full-time fixed-term opportunity (up to 12 months) with the following responsibilities:

  • Address basic questions from employees and front-line managers, ensuring prompt and supportive responses.
  • Execute tactical and operational HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, check-ins, mobility verification, letters, and exit interviews.
  • Support in maintaining accurate HR data in Workday.
  • Ensure precision in HR data validation processes, upholding high standards of accuracy and reliability.
  • Manage learning-related actions and tasks in Workday according to the local learning plan.
  • Support internal communication.
  • Provide other administrative support as required.

Tasks and Qualifications:

We expect from you:

  • Good understanding of basic HR processes and standards.
  • Basic knowledge of professional HR principles and skills related to tactical HR.
  • Basic understanding of local employment laws and governance.
  • Effectively apply fundamental HR concepts, practices, and procedures related to HR Support Partner responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Psychology, Administration, or similar.
  • Medium to advanced MS Office skills.
