A leading energy services company is searching for an HR professional to enhance its HR processes and support strategic initiatives within Human Resources. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, improving HR service delivery, and advising leaders using analytical insights. This position requires a solid educational background in HR or Business Administration and experience in the field.

Formación

  • Requires an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR.
  • Master's degree and Professional HR Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Supports effective operation and improvement of HR processes.
  • Responsible for HR data reporting and recommendations.

Job Duties

Under general supervision, supports the effective operation and improvement of one or more HR processes. Collaborates with stakeholders, creates tools and resources, and executes programs and projects. Develops subject matter expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: Compensation, Benefits, International HR/Global Mobility, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Information Systems, or HR Operations. Supports the efficient delivery of processes, programs and policies through the application of specialized knowledge and skills, analysis, and business acumen. Responsible for HR data reporting used to determine meaningful recommendations and actions to improve overall HR service delivery. May advise HR and business leaders across the organization on best practices. Requires an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline and a minimum of 2 years of experience. Master&aposs degree and Professional HR Certification preferred.
