Rituals is seeking a Sr. Team Lead HR Operations Iberia to lead our HR Operations function across Spain and Portugal. You will drive operational excellence, strategic people leadership and a best-in-class employee experience.

You will oversee core HR processes, manage the team, and partner with managers and senior leadership to enable efficient, compliant HR delivery across Head Office, Wholesale and Retail populations in Iberia.

Responsabilidades

• Leading and coordinating the day-to-day HR Operations agenda across Iberia.
• Ensuring the successful delivery of the monthly and annual HR calendar for Head Office, Wholesale and Retail populations.
• Overseeing core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including personnel administration, performance processes, compensation-related activities, training coordination and employee engagement support.
• Setting operational priorities and ensuring quality, compliance and efficiency in HR execution.
• Supporting and advising managers on a broad range of HR and labor-related topics.
• Leading, coaching and developing the HR Operations team to perform at a high standard.
• Creating structure, clarity and accountability within the team.
• Driving continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities.
• Supporting the implementation of HR projects and new ways of working.
• Escalating risks, blockers or operational concerns where needed and collaborating closely with senior HR leadership in Iberia.
