About the Role
We are looking for a forward-thinking and analytical HR Specialist to join our team, with a strong focus on data analysis, continuous process improvement, and HR digital transformation. This role is ideal for a professional who combines a solid understanding of HR operations with a data-driven mindset and a passion for innovation.
The HR Specialist will play a key role in enhancing the effectiveness of our HR function through data insights, process optimization, and implementation of digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze HR data to generate insights on workforce trends, performance, attrition, and engagement.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support HR decision-making and strategic workforce planning.
- Lead or support HR process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and standardization.
- Collaborate with IT and HR colleagues to implement and optimize digital HR tools (HRIS, analytics platforms, automation tools).
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee data across systems.
- Support reporting requirements for internal stakeholders and external audits.
- Identify opportunities to automate routine processes and reduce manual workload.
- Collaborate on projects related to talent analytics, compensation reviews, and organizational design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in an HR function, with a strong emphasis on data analysis or HR operations.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR data tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and understanding of data flows and process logic.
- Experience in process mapping, optimization, and change management is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into clear insights.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across HR, IT, and business functions.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
