Une entreprise de premier plan dans la fabrication recherche un Site Human Resources Manager pour son site de Valence. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en RH dans un environnement manufacturier, avec une connaissance approfondie du droit du travail espagnol. Ce rôle nécessite des compétences en gestion d'équipe, ainsi qu'une capacité à influencer à tous les niveaux de l'organisation. En tant que membre de l'équipe de direction, vous aurez également un impact stratégique sur les initiatives RH mondiales.

Formación

  • Expérience avérée dans un rôle similaire en environnement manufacturier.
  • Connaissance approfondie du droit du travail espagnol.
  • Bilingue en espagnol et anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.

Responsabilidades

  • Gérer les processus de personnel et les améliorations continues.
  • Fournir un soutien stratégique et opérationnel aux objectifs du département des RH.

Description

The Site Human Resources Manager at medmix Spain S.L. will play a key role in executing and improving local HR matters for our site in Valencia (+ / - 300 FTE). Responsible for all personnel processes of medmix Spain S.L. as well as their continuous improvement. This role is part of the Management Team in Valencia. Also, this role will collaborate with the Group HR department and drive global medmix HR initiatives and processes where applicable.

Direct management, leadership and professional development of HR team in Valecia

Provide strategic and operational guidance and support of the overall goals of the local HR department (e.g. cost efficiency, service quality, social responsibility, legal compliance, etc.)

Being part of the Valencia Management Team

Employee Relations and Engagement

Provide operational and strategic guidance and give support to line managers and employees on complex personnel and employment law matters.

Manage high-stakes conflict resolution for both managers and employees, ensuring equitable outcomes.

Oversee the handling of disciplinary cases, including negotiations, warnings, and terminations, with a focus on minimizing organizational risk.

Support employees during critical times of long-term illness or accidents, ensuring their well-being and reintegration.

Talent Management and Compensation :

Lead the functional evaluation and grading of positions to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness according to global medmix standards

Conduct regular market analysis to ensure medmix remains a leader in employee compensation and benefits.

Drive the strategic workforce planning and execution of the annual salary review process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Learning and Development :

Plan and monitor employee development programs, tracking progress and ensuring alignment with career paths.

Develop and implement a comprehensive training catalog

Employee transition

Lead the strategic planning and execution of contract terminations, ensuring compliance and minimizing organizational disruption.

Conduct exit interviews with a focus on strategic insights and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with line management to create detailed and supportive reference letters.

Lead and collaborate on strategic HR projects that drive organizational growth and efficiency.

Oversee the monitoring and reporting of HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Valencia site to support business relevant decision-making.

Ensure compliance with all regulations related to environmental protection, occupational safety, health protection, and fire prevention.

Qualifications

Proven track record in a similar role, both in manufacturing environment and in a matrix structured organisation

Higher education in Business, Economics or Human Resources

Excellent knowledge in Spanish labor law and regulations

Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
