How you will make a difference :
The HR Services Manager (HRSM) plays a vital role within the Global Employment Outsourcing (GEO) organisation, by providing expert HR advice to a range of global clients relating to Employment Laws in Spain.
This is a full time position, fixed term contract for 1 year.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related questions across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to deliver a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new GEO workers.
- Play a pivotal role in supporting and executing HR processes, including handbooks, policies, practices, and procedures.
- Draft and manage employment contracts, ensuring full legal compliance at all times.
- Lead and manage complex HR projects, addressing issues like performance management, terminations, and employment transfers with both workers and clients.
- Review and update HR policies, procedures, and work conditions, ensuring effective communication and strict adherence.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement within our processes and implement changes to mitigate risks.
- Assist with monthly payroll processing in collaboration with our local payroll partner.
What will make you stand out :
- HR Expertise : Extensive experience in HR, especially within HR outsourcing or EOR environments, with a key focus on managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Employment Relations : Proven ability to advise on complex employment relations issues.
- Bilingual Skills : Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Labor Law Expert : In-depth knowledge of local labor laws.
- Proactive Approach : High level of accountability, initiative, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Tech Savvy : Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems is advantageous.
