About The Role
Responsibilities
As our HR Shared Services Leader , you will be at the forefront of transforming our HR service delivery across Europe Middle East & Africa. You will lead a talented international team, drive process improvements, and ensure you provide top-notch HR services to our employees. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our HR operations, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and employee satisfaction.
Leadership and Management :
Lead and manage the HR service delivery team providing guidance, training, and development opportunities for the team and set performance goals that support the team with a realistic development path.
HR Operations :
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee inquiries through the established channels of communication (tickets), HR data management, and compliance with HR policies and procedures. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits administration, and other tasks in the HR Services portfolio.
Service Delivery :
Develop and manage HR service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and quality HR service delivery and monitor and report on key HR metrics and performance indicators with close focus on Ticket related metrics.
Process Improvement :
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in HR service delivery and stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to implement innovative HR solutions.
Compliance and Risk Management :
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations and manage HR audits and compliance reviews, ensuring all HR activities are in line with regulatory requirements.
