Job summary

EFI is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide day-to-day HR support in Spain and across the EMEA region, blending operational HR tasks with strategic talent initiatives, inclusion, and compliance.

The role covers employee records in SAP, onboarding, training coordination, HR reporting, and ensuring adherence to Spanish labor laws while supporting Talent Management and Diversity & Inclusion efforts across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in generalist HR roles, ideally in international environments.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR compliance.
• Experience working with SAP and HR databases.
• Solid understanding of Talent Management principles and tools.
• High proficiency in English (B2 or above); French or Dutch is a strong plus.
