Within the Digital Domain, the Procurement Business Partner’s role is to maximize the value of Digital businesses and activities through robust collaboration with the Digital Senior Leadership Team. This position has a global scope, focusing on DIGITAL R&D.

- Professional Skills: Strong sourcing expertise, relationship development across business lines and procurement, project management skills in a multicultural environment, and technical knowledge of sub-categories/domain with mastery in negotiation techniques.
- Experience: Extensive background in procurement or related fields (buyer, sales, partnership, outsourcing, project management, etc.).
- Strategic and Analytical Skills: Strategic thinking, results orientation, business and legal understanding (including SLAs, KPIs), analytical and problem-solving skills, and a creative mindset for innovation and best-in-class deals.
- Communication and Leadership: Assertiveness, high-level communication, organizational and presentation skills, team player with interpersonal sensitivity, stakeholder engagement, influential management, and experience in managing complex business situations.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to operate within a complex, multi-functional, matrix organization across various countries and cultures, with a strategic and innovative approach to business solutions, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Management Skills: Strong leadership, talent development, ethics, business integrity, and compliance awareness.
Strategy & Governance:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing initiatives aligned with spend analysis, market intelligence, business needs, risks, and opportunities, ensuring value delivery to Digital and the business.
- Contribute to category strategy formulation based on category manager recommendations.
Operations Management:
- Lead and manage a team of Global Lead Buyers.
- Ensure sourcing activities meet Digital & Business demands.
- Consolidate business needs globally to optimize negotiations.
- Oversee strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiations, and supplier market expertise development.
- Define priorities, deliver savings targets, and coach sourcing teams.
- Proactively communicate sourcing activities and engage with other procurement domains.
- Manage supplier relationships through strategic reviews and performance management.
- Ensure procurement technical excellence (TCO, SRM, Market Intelligence, etc.).
- Leverage procurement services to optimize operations.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage senior stakeholders early and develop strong partnerships.
- Foster relationships with other procurement domains, Digital Finance, Legal, and Business Development teams.
- Present procurement strategies for review and feedback.
Languages:
Fluent in English is a must.
