Your missions:

  • Organizing and tracking interviews with candidates and managers.
  • Managing applications in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Drafting and publishing job offers on various platforms.
  • Managing recruitment processes from A to Z for junior profiles.
  • Preparing and monitoring employment contracts, HR procedures, and documents.
  • Managing onboarding processes and employee files.
  • Assisting in improving HR processes and ensuring compliance.
  • Writing content for LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Supporting external communication initiatives related to HR and recruitment.
