A leading global technology company seeks an HR Process Manager to oversee HR systems management and lead employee onboarding processes. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and a degree in business or social sciences. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams to implement and optimize the OKR process, supporting strategic business alignment in Europe.

Formación

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Social Sciences preferred.
  • Experience with agile instruments and standardized project management methods.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

HR PROCESS MANAGER (m/w/d)

Your tasks

  • Local HR Systems management, control & reporting (Zucchetti & HR1 / Pep)
  • Support on employees onboarding / exit processes.
  • HR projects support and HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Responsible for the internal goal-setting process (OKR) in the sector Products and Services (P&S) in Europe.
  • Provide support to the Voith Paper P&S team in Europe to ensure effective use of OKRs for strategic alignment and target achievement
  • Ensure successful introduction, implementation, and optimization of the OKR process by providing training formats for colleagues and teams, full support of the OKR cycle, and support in implementing the corporate strategy based on OKRs.
  • Collaborate with teams and leaders to help define challenging, measurable, and time-bound OKRs.

your profile

  • Ideally, you have successfully completed a degree in business administration, economics or social sciences
  • Experienced with standardized project management methods, with agile instruments and comparable approaches.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent coaching and conflict management skills.
  • A high level of communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of hierarchies and stakeholders.
  • Distinct analytical, conceptual skills, quick comprehension as well as a business-trained mindset and comprehensive understanding of complex issues.
