Una empresa innovadora busca un Gerente de RRHH para su planta de producción de fideos en Alcañiz. En este rol, serás responsable de todos los aspectos de recursos humanos para un equipo de más de 60 empleados, asegurando un ambiente de trabajo positivo y productivo. Formación

  • 5+ años de experiencia en un rol similar, preferiblemente en un entorno de fabricación.
  • Conocimiento profundo de las leyes laborales y mejores prácticas de RRHH.

  • Gestionar el proceso de adquisición de talento y la incorporación de nuevos empleados.
  • Mantener relaciones laborales positivas y gestionar la comunicación con el consejo de trabajadores.
  • Colaborar con líderes de planta para resolver problemas de RRHH y operativos.

Mission:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Plant Manager to join our Noodles production plant in Alcañiz. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the 360 aspects of human resources for a workforce of more than 60 employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Define the needs with the business hiring manager and manage the 360º of the recruitment process.
  • On Boarding and follow-up of all new comers.
  • Oversee employee training and development, promoting opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain positive labour relations and manage communication with the works council.
  • Manage compensation and benefits, ensuring equity and market competitiveness.
  • Manage performance evaluation and disciplinary processes, ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
  • Collaborate with plant leaders to identify and resolve HR and operational issues.
  • Act a single point of contact for the Factory employees and managers.
  • Development: Be accountable for the internal promotions or job rotation in and out the departments.
  • Processes: Drive and execute our GBfoods people processes: P&P, salary review, MBO.
  • Engagement: Define and execute the engagement plan together with managers
  • Communication: be accountable for the internal communication of the team
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in managing labour relations and interacting with works councils.
  • Deep knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Self-starter who demonstrates leadership skills and takes initiative
  • A true team player: ability to work effectively as part of a team

Technical and hard-skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics , Phycology, Law, Human Resources. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Native Spanish
  • Fluency in English
