Corporate Account Executive - French Speaker

Location : Madrid, Spain

The Team : The Corporate Account Executive team manages the company's largest account portfolio. Supported by top-tier products and sales strategies, and collaborating with departments like Value Engineering, Partner Management, and Consulting Services, we are based in Madrid, covering EMEA and emerging markets with ample career growth opportunities.

The Role : Your main goal is to acquire new clients and meet targets based on the Annual Contract Value (ACV) in your region. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our market share through targeted customer acquisition strategies.

The work you’ll do :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your region
  • Partner with others to secure new clients
  • Engage with all levels of client organizations, up to C-suite executives
  • Present tailored demos to showcase our solutions' value
  • Understand client needs and demonstrate how Celonis can meet them, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
  • Manage prospecting, sales cycle, deal forecasting, and closing processes
  • Ensure customer success and explore potential account expansion

The qualifications you need :

  • University degree or equivalent professional training
  • At least 3 years of experience in enterprise software sales
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proactive approach and initiative-taking ability
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Skilled in using technology to maximize pipeline and deal velocity
  • Strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels
