We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our Invest Business Unit. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with remote teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including payroll administration, engagement and loyalty programs, motivation and organizational design, corporate culture development, partnership with managers, recruitment and onboarding, training and development.
Key qualifications include 2-3+ years of experience in a similar HR BP position, excellent problem-solving skills, high stress resistance, goal-oriented approach, and persistence.
