We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our Invest Business Unit. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with remote teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including payroll administration, engagement and loyalty programs, motivation and organizational design, corporate culture development, partnership with managers, recruitment and onboarding, training and development.

Key qualifications include 2-3+ years of experience in a similar HR BP position, excellent problem-solving skills, high stress resistance, goal-oriented approach, and persistence.

  • Payroll Administration : Manage HR costs, payroll monitoring, market analysis, coordination of changes, reflection of transfers in document flow and accounting systems.
  • Engagement and Loyalty : Analyze eNPS, develop and implement measures to improve engagement.
  • Motivation and Organizational Design : Analyze KPIs, develop motivation programs, calculate bonuses, communicate results, report preparation, analytics, adjustment of accruals, and control of annual bonuses.
  • Corporate Culture : Participate in events, internal communications, regular one-to-one meetings with employees.
  • Partnership with Managers : Support managers on HR issues and development of management skills.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding : Audit profiles and KPIs, final interviews with candidates, and onboarding support.
  • Training and Development : Organize training, manage 1-to-1 meetings, employee development, manage OKR and PDP projects, and conduct 360-degree assessments.
