Oxford Quantum Circuits is expanding its People function in Spain and seeks an experienced HR operations lead. You will own HRIS, payroll, and employee data, driving automation and scalable processes to support a rapidly growing workforce.

Work closely with Talent Acquisition and Finance to ensure compliant, accurate HR lifecycle management. You will build robust controls, partner with multiple stakeholders, and help create a smooth candidate-to-colleague experience in a dynamic scale-up

Formación

• Proven HR systems ownership in scaling orgs.
• Hands-on payroll management with Finance teams or providers.
• Maintaining employee records, governance & audit trails.
• Experience onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle admin.
• Improving HR processes for efficiency and scale.
• Experience in regulated/compliance environments.
• Partnering with Finance, IT, Operations and People.
• Ability to manage priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Coaching or supervising junior team members.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong planning and organizational decision skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day HR operations and data integrity in Spain.
• Oversee payroll processes with Finance or external providers.
• Maintain governance docs, records and audits.
• Support onboarding, offboarding and lifecycle admin.
• Drive process improvements and automate HR workflows.
• Manage HR tech vendors and system integrations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.
