Responsibilities:
- Offer Letters and Onboarding:
- Prepare and send offer letters to new hires.
- Address pre-incorporation queries promptly.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new team members.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to meet onboarding procedures.
- Maintain employee documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in onboarding information sessions.
- Compliance and Global Hiring:
- Navigate hiring regulations across countries.
- Assist with foreign hire processes.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams.
- HR Systems Management:
- Create and update employee profiles in HR systems like Personio.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards.
- Talent Coordination:
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Talent teams for onboarding.
- Employee Support:
- Handle employee queries via internal channels.
- Provide guidance on employment matters.
- Benefits and Payroll:
- Understand country-specific benefits.
- Assist with payroll matters.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR operations or administrative experience.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with HR systems like Personio.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and compliance awareness.
