A leading company in HR solutions is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to the Human Resources Department. The successful candidate will manage employee processes including exits, benefits administration, and maintain HR data integrity using HRIS. They will join a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional service and support to employees across various locations.
The role of a HR Coordinator is to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department in its daily operations. This involves working within established HR processes, procedures, and standard work instructions as determined by the HR Department and applicable legislations.
The coordinator will be responsible for managing employee exits from beginning to end, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted to the payroll team on time. They will also handle employee absences and leaves, administer employee benefits such as pension, life, and medical insurance, meal cards, etc., and prepare various documents including agreements, addendums, reference letters, etc.
In addition, the coordinator will maintain soft and hard employee files, ensure that employee data are up-to-date on the HRIS (Workday), and produce relevant reports. They will also educate managers and employees on HRIS usage, provide support and assistance with international HR projects, and perform HR administration and operational support to the HR Departments in different locations.
