What you will do at Signaturit

As an HR Ops, your responsibilities will include, but may not be strictly limited to;

• Candidate and employee experience: Fully responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes, reflecting news, changes, or updates.
• Payroll Management: Monthly report generation with payroll changes, communication with the agency, review of payrolls, coordination with finance for payments, uploading pay slips to HRIS, and leading payroll digitalization project in Spain.
• HRIS full cycle management: (Lucca)
• Social Benefits: Data collection, proposals for new benefits, resolving doubts, liaising with suppliers, and negotiating prices.
• Occupational Risk Prevention: Responsible for the entire process, collaborating with external prevention services.
• Equality Plan: Workforce analysis, drafting, submission, and documentation correction.
• Events coordination: Planning and organizing celebrations and social events for Valencia office.
