FashionUnited is seeking an HR Operations Specialist in Madrid to support HR-related queries and maintain personnel records. Key duties include managing HR documents, updating internal databases, and preparing reports based on HR metrics.

The ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures, knowledge of Spanish labour laws, and proficiency in English and Spanish. This role emphasizes excellent organizational and communication skills and promotes an inclusive and diverse workplace.

Formación

• Experience with HR software, preferably SAP.
• Previous experience in a similar HR role.
• Thorough knowledge of Spanish labour laws.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and maintain personnel records on HR ERP (SAP).
• Update internal databases for sick leave, maternity leave, etc.
• Manage UCAGECI and prepare HR documents for archiving.
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
• Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
• Participate in HR projects.
